Embodied Pregnancy: Prenatal Yoga Workshop

Pregnancy is a sacred and transformational journey — one that invites you to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your body in new and meaningful ways. This workshop offers a space to root deeply into the physical experience of pregnancy while nurturing the emotional and spiritual connection to your growing baby.

Through intentional movement, breath, and reflection, you’ll cultivate trust in your body’s innate wisdom and gather tools to support a more grounded, easeful transition into motherhood. You’ll also be part of a warm, welcoming circle of other expecting moms — a space for shared experience, community, and support.

90 minute experience

  • gentle pregnancy-sage yoga to build strength, release tension and support your changing body

  • breathwork to calm the nervous system and deepen your bond with your baby

  • educational discussion on pose modifications and best practices for safe prenatal movement

  • time for reflection, questions and meaningful connection with others

This workshop welcomes all levels — whether you’re new to yoga or deepening an existing practice. Come as you are, and take this time to honor your body, your baby, and the journey you’re on.
