With a focus on breath and mindful movement, you'll flow through postures at a relaxed pace, holding each for a little longer to explore its benefits. Perfect for relieving stress and creating a sense of tranquility, this class invites you to build both strength and flexibility without rushing.

  • Vinyasa Flow

    In this dynamic vinyasa flow class, you'l move through a series of fluid, breath-synchronized movements designed to build strength, flexibility and balance. Each posture flows seamlessly into the next, creating a powerful rhythm that energizes the body and calms the mind. Suitable for those with a basic understanding of yoga, this class encourages growth in both physical and mental practice.

    Wednesdays at 9:30m

  • Stretch and Release

    In this class, appropriate for all age groups and fitness levels, you'll lengthen and release muscles, fascia and overall tension as you move through a series of movements designed to target all areas of your body. Your instructor, Julie, is a physical therapist and yoga teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience.
