Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging (DITI) or thermography is a non-invasive diagnostic technique that visualizes and quantifies changes in skin surface temperature. It is perhaps best know for its role in early detection and monitoring of abnormal physiological changes in breast tissue.

It offers early detection of temperature changes in other parts of the body as well, such as the thyroid, digestive system and cardiovascular system.
