Natalia Ossinova, IBCLC, RN/BSN, MIA, MPH
Natalia’s work is deeply rooted in both clinical expertise and a profound understanding of how birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding offer powerful opportunities for healing and transformation for many mothers. Drawing on her background as a Registered Nurse (RN) and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Natalia integrates ancient birthing and postpartum practices—many of which are increasingly supported by modern research—that nurture the whole mother. Her approach encompasses nourishment, relationships, connection with others, movement, self-expression, self-care, babywearing, yoga, sleep, and more. She offers private consultations and organizes women’s circles to foster community and support.
In her private lactation consultations, Natalia collaborates with parents to help them meet their individual breastfeeding goals, addressing common challenges like painful latch, slow weight gain, oversupply, difficulty latching, nursing multiples, maternal overwhelm, and more.
When not working, Natalia enjoys raising her three children, hiking, cultivating a medicinal and native garden, biking, running with her dogs, and continuously expanding her knowledge.

circles:
Wombful Wisdom Circle is a space for pregnant women to gather to build community and knowledge; deepen into their own wisdom and intuition; and set intentions for their journeys as a mothers. We will use song and sound, intuitive movement, gentle yoga, sharing of practical research-based knowledge and ancient wisdom, and inner-circle sharing to create unique, powerful experiences that are nourishing to each mother.
MotherBaby Wisdom Circle is for mothers who have given birth and desire support navigating the first year with their babies. Pregnant women are also invited to join and learn from other women who have just given birth. Postpartum is rich with transformation where all of our ‘old’ ways become altered in one way or another: and we will be diving into many topics that come up: breastfeeding, sleeping, intimacy, sibling relationships, nourishment, self-care, healing, pelvic floor care, breath, herbalism, baby milestones, returning or not returning to work and so much more. This is also a time to create a space for sharing joys and tears, building community, growing more rooted and nourished.
Wise Woman Circle is for women journeying through perimenopause into menopause.
All circles, while offering research based knowledge and ancient wisdom, are not medical advice, but rather a space to discover one's own answers
